  1. With a bit of modification most page titles make perfect URLs.<\/li>
  2. But try to keep the URL short so that it doesn’t get turncated in the search results.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    Remove special characters<\/strong>
    Remove all the special characters like, commas, colons, semicolons, etc, because these are unsafe charterers that don’t belongs in URLs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    Remove Numbers<\/strong>
    It’s good to use numbers in titles but avoid using them in URLs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    Remove superfluous information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Google says it’s good practice to make URLs as simple as posible.<\/li>
    2. Remove anything you don’t need from the potential URL.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

      Make it lowercase<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Technically, everything after the host-name (domain) in a URL is case-sensitive, and some servers will treat them differently<\/li>
      2. To be on the safe side and to avoid potential duplicate content issues, use lowercase URLs always<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

        Replace spaces with Hyphens<\/strong>
        URLs can’t include spaces, so replace them with hyphens<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
